HIX at The Albemarle at Rocco Forte's Brown's Hotel launches the ultimate weekend brunch menu

HIX at The Albemarle is delighted to announce the introduction of a delicious weekend brunch menu.  Served from 12 noon until 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays, diners are invited to choose from a sumptuous selection of dishes, available from £7.50, including:

Oysters “Mary”
Gammon steak with a fried Burford Brown egg and sea purslane
Beer battered fish and chips
Steak tartare
Crumpet with Bath pig chorizo, sweetcorn and a poached Burford Brown egg
Bubble and Squeak with a fried Braddock White duck’s egg & chanterelles
Drop scone with smoked streaky bacon & maple syrup

Wash this all down with a British beer from our extensive beer list or one of our new ‘kick start’ cocktails that include Classic Bloody Mary, Duck Shot and Stuart’s Corpse Reviver!
