The resort offers the ideal combination of space, privacy, activity and is easily accessible by air from around Europe with Palermo and Catania as the closest airports.  Guests can also reach the resort by private jet using nearby Trapani airport.  Private airport transfers can be arranged, and the resort also has a helicopter-landing facility. The conference and business area is centrally located within Centro building, and has its own separate access; crucially, because the resort is purpose-built over a vast area to accommodate individuals, families and groups of all sizes, it never feels crowded.

The Rocco Forte Collection knows from long experience that the mechanism of doing business or organising an event varies greatly from one group to another. So, incorporated within the two-level structure, are ten flexible meeting rooms, seven of which measure between 43 and 112 sq m each, a double-height ballroom (355 sq m) for up to 250 guests which can be sub-divided into three separate rooms, two larger rooms for up to 150 guests each and an exciting, open-air amphitheatre which can seat up to 500 for a screening or live show.  Each one benefits from generous natural light and is equipped with the latest technology, including wireless internet access and video conferencing.

Event themes and menus can be discussed and arranged in advance with the resort’s dedicated events team. There are four restaurants – covering different styles from fine dining to beach barbecue - with the emphasis on light Mediterranean and Italian cooking using indigenous and locally grown produce. Drinks and dining can be set up, flexibly, in the events areas as well as the resort’s fantastic outdoor areas.

Other resort business services include a 24-hour business centre, secretarial and translation services, worldwide courier service, on-site travel agency and express check-in/check-out.

From beyond the confines of the business area beckon the many attractions, both energetic and relaxing, of the resort itself. Set on the seashore in an outstandingly beautiful corner of the Mediterranean, encircled by citrus and olive groves, the resort offers world-class golfing, water sports, a 60m two-tiered swimming pool and an elegant and truly luxurious 4,000sq metre spa with its own 25m lap pool and four thalassotherapy pools. The 200 rooms and suites, which are landscaped in groups around the property, are all exceptionally spacious and have private terraces and uninterrupted sea views.

Verdura is a resort which rejoices in its rugged Sicilian setting. Although brand new, its strong architectural form and bold Mediterranean colour give it the impression of belonging in its landscape. Guests will discover more about the local culture by taking a tour to the fishing port of Sciacca or to the Valley of the Temples at Agrigento. These, and other group outings, for example horse-riding, deep-sea fishing, wine tasting and gastronomy tours or a helicopter tour, can be arranged in advance of a group’s arrival through the hotel.
