The Concept

Discover a delicious menu of Sicilian daily specials as well as fresh crudo, sashimi and seafood platters and a selection of fresh fish and shellfish ready to be cooked on the large open grill. Handpicked local vegetables are steamed or grilled to perfection and bountiful mixed salads will appeal to all tastes. Try, if you can, to resist the inviting aroma of freshly baked pizza and gourmand scones escaping from our open oven. For something sweet, choose from a selection of fresh fruit and homemade ice cream displayed from our charming dessert cart.

Our drinks menu is brimming with sparkling wines, both local and national, as well as a selection of commercial, classic and small maison champagnes and a variety of biodynamic sparkling wines. Our sommelier has painstakingly selected the best white, rosé and red wines from the island plus a host of excellent Italian and Southern Italian wines, dessert and meditation wines.
