The dreamers among us can delight in a soup made from Sciacca's small lobsters, crispy ricotta ravioli, candied tomatoes and harissa, as well as traditional pasta with sardines, fennel pesto, and pine nut cream.
Next, the grill and fire take centre stage to infuse taste and flavour not only into the day's catch of fish and shellfish but also a selection of exquisite meats, including specialities made from the Nebrodi's black pig.
