The Rocco Forte Collection is delighted to present Easy Connect, a new range of technological facilities designed to make life easier for the business traveller and conference organiser. In short, the service provides secure broadband internet access from guest rooms and wireless connection in all the hotels' public areas, as well as providing state-of-the-art communications equipment for conferences and events held at the hotel.
The broadband service in guest rooms is provided by plugging into an internet module provided on the desk in the room. This allows business travellers to access their corporate networks via their Virtual Private Network (VPN), so that they can check their emails and stay connected to the office from the convenience of their hotel bedroom. They can also send messages home, shop online, play games or simply surf the net after office hours! Users benefit from a high speed, continuous connection that removes the frustrations often associated with a traditional dial up connection and that offers a high level of data security to protect their information from internal or external intruders.
