20 Days Commission
Rocco Forte Hotels will pay all travel agent commissions within twenty days of your client checking out.
If your client cancels or fails to show, we will pay a commission on any cancellation fees we receive.
If your client extends a stay we will pay you commission on the extra days, regardless of whether the extension is booked through you.
Some travel agents prefer to receive a single monthly payment on a specified day. We can not pay in 20 days if this is the way you prefer to work but we promise that the money will be with our payment agency (Onyx) within 20 days for you to draw down when it suits you.
If a client cancels direct with the hotel we would ask you to put the cancellation through the reservations system you used through the booking so we can recover our fee.

Commission Payment
As a qualifying agency, each time you book a commissionable rate your agency will be entitled to receive commission.
