Man about Town
- The perfectly tailored and sophisticated Man About Town
- is inspired by its namesake magazine – a must-read 1960s
- periodical – and is a cocktail for the refined gentleman.
- Tapatio Tequila Reposado, Mezcal Marca Negra,
- Amaro Montenegro, dill and rocket sherbet.
Je T'aime
- Rarely has there been a duet as eyebrow-raising as
- Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg’s “Je t’aime...moi non plus.”
- This sultry and seductive tipple captures all of the song’s
- sweetness, with a requisite touch of heat.
- Copalli white rum, La Gitana Manzanilla sherry,
- banana, chilli agave and Champagne.
The Stamp
- Inspired by Terence Stamp – star of some of the Sixties’
- most celebrated films – this eye-catching cocktail is vibrant
- in hue and vivid in flavour.
- Pisco redistilled Green Cardamom, Quaglia Liquore
- al Pino Mugo, blackberry syrup, fresh basil and lemon.
Jazz 'n' Live
- Rock ’n’ Roll certainly made a mark in the 1960s, yet sometimes
- a mellow and moody night of Jazz ’n’ Jive is what’s required.
- A celebration of American jazz musician Roland Kirk, this cocktail
- pairs perfectly with candlelit evenings and sultry melodies.
- Non-alcoholic white wine, London Essence White Peach
- and Jasmine Soda, basil leaves.
- FRESH AND VIBRANT
Viva Biba
- Viva la Biba! Biba was a pioneer of swinging sixties style, from
- its shorter-than-short smocks to its wild prints. This fruit-infused
- cocktail has a healthy kick, just like Biba’s signature designs.
- Yaguara Cachaca, Quaglia Chinotto liqueur
- and clarified wild carrot tonic.
The Twiggy
- Twiggy is an icon who needs little introduction. As a tribute
- to the model and muse, this cocktail captures her freshness,
- vibrancy, and fun.
- Grey Goose vanilla vodka, passion fruit, coffee aroma,
- egg white and Champagne.
Swinging Sixties
- Anointed Queen of the Sixties by dedicated followers of
- fashion, Mary Quant is best known for creating the daring
- miniskirt. Just like her style, this pink and sparkling cocktail
- is a cheeky little number.
- Hoxton pink gin, Alamea peach brandy liqueur,
- lemon juice, rosé Champagne and guarana reduction.
Black and White
- Like artist Bridget Riley, who disrupted the traditional art

- Like many photographers of the time period, Terence Donovan
- had his muse and creative collaborator: supermodel and

Sparkling Side Of The Moon
- Bold, beguiling, and always surprising, Pink Floyd first
- appeared on the Sixties scene. As an homage, this sparkling
- cocktail is every bit as popular and unexpected as their music.
- A clarified punch made with Bulleit 10 Bourbon, Cognac,
- Grand Marnier, Fernet Branca, passion berries, juniper,
- coriander, mint, chamomile top up with Champagne.
Paint It Black
- The Rolling Stones were the bad boys of the 1960s and
- 1970s, famed for painting the town red (or black, as it were).
- Order this striking cocktail when the spirit of revelry takes hold.
- Casamigos tequila infused with Rooibos Tea,
- Salvatore’s Liquore di Limone, fennel soda,
- clementine and bergamot Juice.
Starman
- London legend David Bowie’s career blossomed during
- the 1960s, and this namesake cocktail comes with its own
- celestial touch of magic.
- Dalmore 12 Yrs whisky, Aqua Bianca liqueur di Salvatore and Umeshu wine soda.
Voodoo Chile
- A neighbour of Brown’s Hotel, Jimi Hendrix lived on the
- upper floors of nearby 23 Brook Street. This electric drink
- is a love letter to his unorthodox guitar techniques and
- psychedelic lyrics.
- Campari, Tio Pepe sherry, Italicus, cedarwood aroma,
- blood orange and lime syrup.
Love Me Do
- “Love Me Do” – The Beatles’ debut number – catapulted
- them to fame in 1962. Like the Fab Four, this throwback
- drink is easy to love.
- Free alcohol spirit, apple and lemon juice,
- elderflower cordial, Jasmine and cucumber tea.
- STRONG AND BOLD
Not Shaken, Not Stirred
- James Bond may have enjoyed his Martinis, this
- tribute to 1960s icon Sean Connery gives the fictional
- spy’s preferred tipple a creative reimagining.
- Ciroc vodka or Tanqueray Ten gin redistilled with
- Fair Coffee liqueur and ginseng, dandelion bitters,
- coffee caviar.
Madam Loren
- Sophia Loren was a glamorous Sixties bombshell –
- and this rosy-hued cocktail, made with a dash of tomato
- liqueur and crowned with fried basil, is a tribute to her
- Italian origins.

- stawberry and blood orange.
Alfie
- Like Alfie – Michael Caine’s iconic 1966 film – this
- cocktail epitomises the lusty side of the period.
- It’s perfect for rule-breaking ladies and gentlemen

- Balvenie Doublewood washed in hazelnut butter,
- ale beer reduction, Dulse seaweed and sage tincture.
Psycho
- Alfred Hitchcock’s iconic 1960 film was full of suspense,
- twists and turns. Likewise, this cocktail makes a potent
- impression thanks to its unexpected ingredients.
- Calvados, Sassy Cidre Brut syrup, apple vermouth
- and verjus.
Yellow Dog
- Named after a film directed by Terence Donovan, the
- Yellow Dog takes inspiration from Donovan’s combined
- love for the screen and interest in Japanese culture.
- Apple and lime juice, elderflower cordial, honey
- and fresh chilli.

- I developed in the 1980s. Super cool and super

Alaska
- A delicious drink from the 1920s which has a delicate, dry herbaceous flavour.
- Booths gin 1963 and yellow chartreuse c1970.
Honey Bee
- A simple pleasure from the 1930s originally made with Jamaican rum, the honey gives it a distinct sweetness.
- Richmond Rhum de la Martinique c1950, honey and lemon juice.
Brandy Alexander
- A sophisticated after-dinner drink, hugely popular in the 1960s and 70s.
- Lheraud Grandee Champagne Cognac 1956, Bols Crème de Caçao c1960 and fresh cream.
Vesper
- Created by the author Ian Fleming for his 1953 novel Casino Royale, made with vintages from that era.
- Gordon’s gin c1950, Smirnoff vodka c1950 and Kina Lillet 1949.
White Lady
- The great Harry Craddock immortalised this 20s classic in his 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book.
- An elegant and sophisticated drink that ticks all the right boxes
- Gordons gin c1930, Cointreau c1930, lemon juice and optional egg white.
Aviation
- This elegant drink first appeared in print in 1916 by Hugo Ensslin. Sky blue in colour, it reflects the glamour and luxury of early air travel.
- Gordon’s gin c1930, crème de violette c1930 and Zara maraschino c1930.
Old Fashioned
- This is the king of whiskey cocktails, its origins lie with the earliest creations of the 1800s, although the Pendennis Club of Kentucky claim it as their own.
- McBrayer Kentucky bourbon 1913, Angostura bitters c1930, a lump of white sugar and a dash of soda.
Daiquiri
- This drink originated in 1896 and was immortalised by Ernest Hemingway, who wrote about it, and also enjoyed one or two!
- Bacardi Santiago Cuba c1905, fresh lime juice and sugar.
Salvatore’s Legacy
