Cooking Class

Ideal for both novice cooks and seasoned gourmands, our cooking classes are a hands-on journey through Puglia’s culinary history. Discover the stories behind each dish, including Orecchiette pasta, as you learn how to prepare a range of regional specialities from our chefs, with ingredients freshly picked from Masseria Torre Maizza. You can also visit the port and greet the incoming boats with our chefs as they take their pick of the catch of the day.
