In this passing decade Jazz has re-introduced itself into popular song through classic or “retro” sounds while pop music has further entered into the Jazz songbook embracing and expanding itself to new audiences. In this spirit, Kate & Riccardo Duo choose and innovate their musical repertoire, after years of consistent growth in the music festival business. They will perform in June, July and August, every Friday and Saturday at Granita Bar and Sunday with “Jazz d’Amare”, a special night by the sea at Amare Restaurant.

Everyone knows Nick as the dj for Radio Monte Carlo, but he is also a successfull singer. Nick will perform at Verdura with a special Orchestra, which has published 3 music albums with him: a journey into Pop, Jazz & Swing.
Karima Feat. Nick The Nightfly Orchestra 17th August
Italian singer and actress Karima Ammar was born in the city of Livorno in 1985. Known simply as Karima, she first caught the public's eye as the star of the popular talent show Amici in 2007. Nowadays, she has become a famous presence in several Italian TV programmes.
Ray Gelato 18th August
Ray Gelato, is a British jazz, swing and jump blues saxophonist, singer and bandleader. Ray has been a part of the vibrant London club scene of the early to mid 1980's. Gelato has performed privately for The Queen, Richard Branson, Paul McCartney amongst others. Ray continues to lead his long running band The Giants and is also touring with the great Claire Martin O.B.E in a show entitled A Swingin’ Affair
