La vie en rose - Bar Prince

Sharp, tangy and sparkling, this delicious concoction from Bar Prince is named in a whimsical nod to the rose spirit liqueur which gives it its light floral aroma. Yet its name is also for the French, meaning ‘life in rosy hues’ and with a long summer stretching ahead, it’s the perfect sip for a leisurely, sunny afternoon. Mix it up in moments with our simple recipe.

 

Ingredients (serves 1):

35ml Bombay Sapphire Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

10ml Lanique Rose Spirit Liqueur

Champagne to top up

 

Method:

1)    Combine all of the ingredients except the Champagne in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly.

2)    Strain the mixture into a chilled flute.

3)    Top up with Champagne to taste and garnish with petals to serve.
