Simple yet sophisticated, the authentic menu was created by celebrated Italian chef Fulvio Pierangelini and Head Chef Marco Visinoni. Sample Italian dishes made using the finest local produce. Vitello tonnato. Paccheri with tomatoes. Veal Milanese. Tiramisu Bocconi. All accompanied by carefully selected Italian wines and enjoyed in an inviting and intimate atmosphere. Director of Food & Beverage Simone Arcucci credits his love of food to his grandmother. She taught him to make torta caprese, using a secret recipe so good that Humphrey Bogart used to visit her restaurant to eat it.
Head Chef Marco Visinoni discovered his passion for cooking at an early age. As a child in Italy, he helped his mother prepare the family’s daily meals.
