New Year’s Eve at Astoria Restaurant

Astoria Restaurant invites you to a gourmet festive dinner which will start with a welcome cocktail and continue with a luxurious seven course set by Executive Chef Marius Ackermann. 

Among the evening’s gastronomic delights: tartare of langouste and avocado, mango and beetroot; salmon trout roulade with potato mousseline, keta caviar and tarragon; pan fried foie gras with winter apple, cinnamon and ginger bread. For the main course, guests can choose between poached fillet of halibut with cauliflower, spinach and sevruga caviar and entrecote of deer wrapped in herb pancake with shimeji mushrooms, Savoy cabbage and lingonberries. To round off the sumptuous meal, yuzu cremeux with lemongrass and coconut will be served for dessert. Celebration package also includes white and red wine of the sommeliers choice, vodka and beer as well as soft drinks and tea / coffee – unlimited for the period from 10.00pm until 1.00am.

 A jazz band will be responsible for the festive atmosphere during the celebration. 

The price is RUB 29 000 per guest, children 7-12 years enjoy a 50% discount, children up to 6 years – no charge.
