- Designer dessert by Astoria Pastry Chef Yulia Ivanova was created to be married with Amber Gold Fins Bois cognac by Maison Roullet. The combination of blackberry cream with wipped rhubarb ganache, caramelized apples and vanilla-cognac Chantilly, accentuates the flavour palette of the Cognac, born in the unique terroir of the "Golden Triangle" at Fins Bois and aged not less then 7 years in the Roullet family cellar.
