From the elegant dining room, replete with stylish classically-inspired accents, to the verdant outdoor terrace at the foot of the Pincio, surrounded by mature pine and flowering citrus, Le Jardin de Russie offers stylish Italian cuisine in sublime surrounds in Rome.

Revelling in Roman influences and ingredients, Chef Fulvio Pierangelini’s gourmet a la carte menu showcases a tantalising array of local dishes, including fresh “cacio e pepe” ravioli, gnocchi with burrata, broccoli, and anchovies, and grilled lamb ribs, served with crushed broad beans and Roman chicory.

During the week, enjoy a lavish buffet lunch, replete with seasonal specialties, as well as sensational staples like freshly caught fish and focaccia, hot from the oven and redolent with grassy, peppery extra virgin olive oil. At the weekend, the renowned brunch invites indulgence, with live pasta cooking stations, as well as a fish corner with sushi, sashimi, oysters and Italian raw fish.
