Pilates

Developed in the early 20th century, Pilates combines exercise with physical movement, encouraging the use of your mind and muscles control. Inspired by old oriental disciplines techniques, such as Yoga and Do-In, Pilates is based on six principles: concentration, control, centering or powerhouse, fluidity, precision and breathing; it is designed to improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the entire body.
