Alternatively, head west from Sciacca to admire the majestic Greek temple of Hera before heading up the coast to reach the incredible Aegadian islands. Dating back to the Palaeolithic era, these ancient islands are characterized by a rocky, mountainous landscape. OUR YACHT
Aicon 56 Flybridge

An 18m Motor Yacht, this elegant vessel is able to accommodate up to six guests in three stylish cabins, or up to 12 guests for day cruising. The master cabin and the VIP cabin both have en suite facilities and the twin cabin has a separate bathroom.

 

The yacht is equipped with two decks, as well as areas throughout the vessel that are ideal for both entertaining and relaxing. The professional and friendly crew will take care of your every need whilst you savour life aboard this beautifully sleek yacht. She cruises comfortably at 23 knots, and can reach an impressive maximum speed of 30 knots.

 

The Main Deck has a modern salon and dining room, all designed with large windows that offer excellent views and let in plenty of natural light. The yacht's dining area has a large table with seating for six guests. The main salon is spacious with a full-length sofa as well as a full entertainment centre including wide screen TV, DVD/CD/Radio. In the yacht’s bow, you’ll find two large sun pads for sunbathing

 

The yacht has a generous aft deck with a dining table and sofa, while the swim platform provides easy access to the water, so you can board the tender effortlessly or leap into the water for a spot of snorkelling. The light and spacious upper deck has its own BBQ grill, minibar and a table with comfortable seating for dining with a view.

 

All of the rooms have flat screen TV, DVD and Radio, and wireless internet access is available throughout the vessel. Water toys include a 3m Arimar Yacht-line tender with a 6HP Johnson, floating foam noodles and fishing equipment, as well as three sets of snorkelling gear.

Scala dei Turchi

Where natural beauty meets local legend
With its white marble cliffs that form a natural staircase, the spectacular Scala dei Turchi is an essential landmark to see when travelling by boat. It is said that Saracen pirates once docked their ships in these calm, clean waters and climbed the natural "steps" to reach the top of the cliff and raid the local villages.

During your boat trip you’ll also have the opportunity to admire the amazing Torre Salsa, a WWF nature reserve that extends along the coastline, where the chalk cliffs alternate with long sandy beaches. The reserve takes its name from a tower that stands on the top of one of the chalk cliffs and was originally built as a defence.

Selinunte
Home of Majestic Temples

Selinunte is one of the most impressive archaeological sites in the Mediterranean. After narrowly escaping destruction during an attack by the Carthaginians in 409 B.C., the town was abandoned and swallowed up by earth and sand, which had the unexpected consequence of preserving the ancient metropolis for many centuries.

You’ll travel along the coast by boat and enjoy spectacular views of the ruins of the Temple of Hera, erected by the Dorians in 500 B.C. You’ll also pass by Porto Palo di Menfi beach, awarded Blue Flag status thanks to its soft sand and clear waters.

Egadi Islands
A Butterfly in the Mediterranean Sea

The spectacular Egadi Islands are located within the sparkling cerulean waters of the Mediterranean. Butterfly shaped, these rocky, mountainous islands have a long history that dates back to the Paleolithic era. The small population and unspoiled natural beauty are protected by the Egadi Islands Marine Reserve.

 

By boat, you’ll have unrivalled access to the region’s stunning bays and secret caves, as well as plenty of opportunity to swim in the azure waters.

 

Your first port of call will be the island of Levanzo, the smallest of the three, where you can admire the extraordinary cave paintings in the Grotta del Genovese. After soaking up the ancient art, set sail for the island of Favignana, where you can enjoy a dip in the crystalline waters of Cala Rossa. Marettimo is your final stop, renowned for its rich marine life and mountainous beauty.

Lampedusa

Located on Lampedusa, Spiaggia dei Conigli (Rabbit Beach) is quite possibly the most beautiful beach in Italy, and among the top seven stretches of sand in the world. Travelling aboard your yacht, you’ll be amazed by the countless perfectly formed coves, such as Cala Pulcino, Cala Francese or Cala Galera, each with its own beauty and character. One of the Pelagie Islands, Lampedusa faces the Area Marina Protetta on the south coast, a renowned egg-laying site for marine turtles. An area of extraordinary unspoilt natural beauty, this is also a paradise for snorkelling.

Pantelleria
The Black Pearl of the Mediterranean

A petite island located between Sicily and Tunisia, Pantelleria combines small, intimate coves, crystal clear waters, lava stone and elevated vineyards that produce malmsey and zibibbo wines. Visitors who take the opportunity to visit this fascinating island will uncover the area’s Arabic influences, which merge seamlessly with local culture.


Discover the Arco dell’Elefante (Elephant Arch), with its long trunk immersed in the water, which is located next to the most beautiful beach in Pantelleria. Visit Balata dei Turchi, a beach that was previously a popular dock for pirate vessels. Travelling by boat, you’ll be able to swim to Scarpetta di Cenerentola, a stunning cave that’s only accessible by water, or discover Nikà, a corner of paradise where hot springs flow into fresh seawater.

An archipelago in the heart of the Mediterranean, Malta is rich in history and culture. You’ll have the chance to visit the wide east bays, which include Mellieħa, St Paul’s, Saint Julian’s, Marsamxett and Grand Harbour. Soak up the striking colours and juxtaposition of the local honey-coloured stone against the deep blue of the sea.

 

With near year-round sunshine, Malta is perfect for laid-back outdoor living. Visit the charming island of Gozo, complete with historical sites, forts and amazing panoramas. You’ll also have the opportunity to stop off at the smaller island of Comino, which is a paradise for snorkelers, divers and windsurfers. The island’s main attraction is its perfectly named blue lagoon, which is very popular with day-trippers.
