As the afternoon becomes early evening, conversations and drinks flow to the ambient rhythms of a DJ. Welcome to our Crudo Bar by Fulvio Pierangelini. Local food, freshly prepared cocktails and tables set up for sharing encourage the gentle drift from poolside to restaurant as the sun sets.

Sample an appetising new menu of seafood and locally grown ingredients, created by celebrity Chef Fulvio Pierangelini and brought to you in a relaxed, and uniquely Sicilian, way.

Dishes are best enjoyed with wine pairings suggested by our Sommelier Mauro Lo Lacono, or classic cocktails with an Italian twist dreamt up by Salvatore ‘the maestro’ Calabrese.

The pace of life in our peaceful garden shifts to the sounds of soulful house, from aperitivo until after dinner. Chatter swells to the eclectic tunes played by our resident DJ, joined by renowned names including Marco Fullone, one of Europe’s most respected spin doctors.

The refined sound of Radio Monte Carlo lights up the summer season of  Villa Igiea with a rich musical program. Our Alicetta Pool Bar awaits you on Wednesday evenings with the eclectic and unmistakable performances of Radio Monte Carlo DJs, such as Marco Fullone, Mattia Gaballo and Melanie Estella.
