BROWN’S HOTEL WELCOMES CRITIC-IN-RESIDENCE: TOM PARKER BOWLES
Tom Parker Bowles is one of the first to join an illustrious panel of Experts-in-Residence commissioned by Brown‟s Hotel to ensure guests enjoy exclusive access to a series of bespoke London experiences.
As one of Britain‟s best known food writers, critics and broadcasters, Tom is well equipped to personally curate our guests‟ gastronomic experience, choosing from the abundance of outstanding restaurants which contribute to London being one of the greatest eating cities on earth.
Not only will every guest at the hotel be given a personalised menu of restaurants carefully selected by Tom himself and David Young, Head Concierge at Brown‟s Hotel and „London Concierge of the Year‟, but guests staying in one of the hotel‟s suites will have the option to benefit from Tom‟s expertise first hand.
Tom will liaise with guests in advance to gauge their preferences, choosing the perfect restaurants, creating an exclusive private dining experience or even taking guests on an escorted tour. From a private dinner cooked by one of the capital‟s greatest chefs, to a total immersion in London‟s famous street food scene, guests will be able to get to the true heart of the London food world.
“The restaurant and bar scene in London has never been more vibrant. And I‟m delighted to partner with Brown‟s, that iconic Mayfair hotel that welcomes guests from across the globe, to show off this most thrilling and delectable of eating cities.” Tom Parker Bowles
