Blueberry and Rosemary Sling
“The combination of blueberries and rosemary is beautiful and makes a wonderful mocktail. The blueberries are full of antioxidants and are thought to benefit the nervous system and brain health. Rosemary adds a gorgeous earthiness and fresh herbs like this increase circulation and digestion. These ingredients are complimented with the sweetness from low GI honey and then topped off with soda and the freshness of cleansing lemon juice.”
“This drink is delicious both with and without alcohol. The pineapple juice has anti-inflammatory and digestive properties while also having a lovely sweetness in taste. The coconut water contains vital vitamins and minerals, so is definitely worth including in your diet. A pinch of medicinal cinnamon also helps lessen inflammation in the body. A dash of Angostura bitters and golden rum can be added if desired.”
“This drink is a delight. The flavours are fabulous and the warmth gives a lovely cosy feeling. Adding the lemon juice is great as it alkalizes the body while also being great for your immune system. The honey brings a rich sweetness without the sugar high as it’s full of antioxidants.”
“This has a great flavour to it. The egg white provides you with a healthy dose of high quality protein, while the lemon contains unique flavonoid compounds that have antioxidants and are thought to have anti-cancer properties. It’s good to know you can have a drink without the guilt!”
“The Bloody Negroniis a combination of flavours is really balanced and the sweetness comes in the form of the orange. Not only do oranges taste amazing but also they are an excellent source of Vitamin C, which disarms free radicals, preventing damage to our cells. They’re also anti-inflammatory and cleansing for your body so you’ll be refreshed right through.”
