DINING AT HOTEL AMIGO

Located in the heart of Brussels at Hotel Amigo, Ristorante BoCConi has become known as one of the best Italian restaurants in the Belgian capital.

The kitchen is overseen by renowned Italian Maestro Fulvio Pierangelini whose philosophy is centered on simplicity being the most important thing in the kitchen. Like so many of today’s leading chefs, Fulvio is passing on his knowledge and expertise to others and acts as culinary advisor to Rocco Forte Hotels. He has compiled a menu that through its honest and authentic dishes represent an eclectic alchemy between Belgium and Italy such as the restaurant’s signature seared sea bass served with artichokes and Fulvio’s olive oil mashed potato. 

Spacious and full of light, the interior at Ristorante BoCConi, as overseen by Rocco Forte Hotels’ Director of Design Olga Polizzi, is a mixture of timeless elegance with a touch of the contemporary. Walls adorned with Piero Fornasetti’s porcelain plates provide an intimate feeling while the terrace makes for the perfect place from which to watch the world go by.

Opening Times:

Breakfast: 6:30am to 10:30 (Saturday & Sunday 6.30am to 11am)

Lunch: Noon to 2:30pm
Dinner: 7pm to 10:30pm (Friday & Saturday 7pm to 11pm)

Signed portraits of some of its famous guests line the walls of stylish Bar Amigo. With its live music evenings and its red and green leather chairs and sofas, Bar Amigo offers a discreet and relaxing environment and is the place to meet for an aperitif, sample the impressive list of whiskies and cognacs or the many signature cocktails. Polished parquet floors and background music add to the elegant ambience.

At lunch or dinner time, healthy dishes are served, prepared with fresh seasonal produce. Maestro Fulvio Pierangelini has collaborated with Pascale Naessens, best-selling culinary author in Belgium and ceramic artist who has become a leading voice for healthy eating to create an innovative and delicious Rocco Forte Nourish menu exclusively for its guests.
Rocco Forte Nourish, one element of Rocco Forte Hotels’ newly launched all-encompassing wellness offering, inspires healthy routines and encourages guests to keep wellbeing front of mind while travelling.
