Brown's Hotel

Using the finest seasonal ingredients, three Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck presents a relaxed yet refined menu of Italian classics at his eponymous restaurant Beck at Brown's. After dinner, toast your evening with a digestif from cocktail legend Salvatore Calabrese at the sultry and sophisticated Donovan Bar.


Hotel Amigo

Widely considered the best Italian restaurant in Brussels, Fulvio Pierangelini makes use of the finest Belgian ingredients in the superb, award-winning Bocconi. Villa Kennedy’s award-winning Italian restaurant, Gusto is overseen by Sicilian chef Dario Cammarata, whose passion and culinary heritage is apparent in every dish. Combined with German produce and precision, the innovative cooking is a highlight of any trip to Frankfurt.


The Charles Hotel

Sophia’s botanical bistronomy concept has been pioneered by Head Chef Michael Hüsken, and places the emphasis of the cooking on the freshest vegetables, fruits and herbs, all sourced from regional producers. Sophia’s bar also takes the idea of innovative botanical cocktails to a whole new level.


Hotel Savoy

Sample some of the finest Tuscan cooking in Florence at our signature restaurant, Irene. We pride ourselves on sourcing the best produce direct from local farmers, so that the fullest flavours shine through and highlight the seasonality of the menu. One of the most romantic garden restaurants in Rome, Le Jardin de Russie at the Hotel de Russie is famed for its exemplary Italian cuisine. Assila Hotel
