Russian food is possibly the most underrated in the world, but the Astoria Café’s flawlessly executed menu is a triumph of contemporary Russian cooking. Expect to sample a variety of local ingredients, from Kamchatkan crab cakes to Siberian Pelmini, as well as four different types of caviar. Definitely one for gourmet travellers.
