The Concept

Renowned for his culinary creativity and inspirational flavour combinations, Fulvio Pierangelini, Rocco Forte Hotels’ Creative Director of Food, presents a new gastronomic concept at Cielo, matched by unrivalled views across the rooftops of Rome.

Designed for the most discerning of tastes, Cielo’s new selection of dishes includes a range of seafood featuring the flavours of the Mediterranean from crudi, oysters and shellfish to crab and lobster. The Location
