Created in partnership with Joelato, two exclusive flavours arrive at The Balmoral this season. The Balmoral Berry Ripple offers a Scottish take on a nostalgic classic, alongside the refreshing Balmoral Berry Sorbet, best enjoyed with The Ripple Effect cocktail.
Available throughout summer at Bar Prince and Brasserie Prince, as well as Joelato Stockbridge and Bonnie & Wild.

Guests can choose between a two-course menu for £78 or three courses for £88, both including a glass of Ferrari on arrival and a ticket to the enchanting Capella Edina performance that evening.
Pre-concert dining tables are available at 17:30, 17:45, and 18:00, ensuring a seamless transition from dinner to the performance, and can be booked via our booking system.
