Marrying classic French cuisine with sublime Scottish produce, Brasserie Prince is a chic, relaxed restaurant in Edinburgh.

Echoes of Paris abound, from the gleaming mirrored and brass accents to the buttery soft leather banquettes. The views of Edinburgh and the staggering hills surrounding the capital are a reminder of Brasserie Prince’s position at No. 1 Princes Street.

Our Story

Overseen by Executive Chef, Gary Robinson, Brasserie Prince celebrates the very best of Scottish produce with classic French cooking. Serving seasonally inspired, classic bistro dishes that harmonise quintessentially French flavours with local ingredients.

The colourful and vibrant interiors showcase a strong partnership between internationally celebrated Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (MBDS), and Olga Polizzi, Rocco Forte Hotels  Director of Building & Design and sister to Sir Rocco Forte. Brasserie Prince offers a fresh colour palette of soft blues, green hues and blush pink tones which complement the high gloss lacquer, House of Hackney wallpaper and stained oak panelled walls.
