Famed for its exemplary Italian cuisine, the colourful and fragrant dishes have been inspired by the Mediterranean ingredients of the region and are overseen by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini. The à la carte menu showcases a tantalising array of local dishes, including Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, Spaghetti with fresh tomato and basil, and Lamb "scottadito" with wild chicory.

Celebrity Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, brings over 25 years of experience to Le Jardin de Russie. Described as a ‘food whisperer’, he is renowned for his ability to conjure magic out of the simplest and most familiar ingredients – seafood, fish, vegetables – combining and presenting them in new and inventive ways whilst remaining true to Italian tradition.
His simple yet refined approach brings distinctive flair to classic Italian dishes, complemented by Executive Chef Alessandro Buffolino, colourful and fragrant dishes. Inspired by Mediterranean ingredients and aromas, his style is surprisingly simple yet deliciously effective.
