Under the expert mastery of Fulvio Pierangelini, chefs have created delicious Italian dishes born from the bounty of the Apulian coast. Lunch is served under the cool shade of the pergola and includes appetizers with local burrata, pasta dishes like orecchiette with fresh tomatoes, tasty main courses and tempting desserts.

The San Lorenzo Dinner

One night each summer, Puglia's skies become the stage for the Perseid meteor shower. Celebrate the Night of San Lorenzo at Lido Bambù with a candlelit beach dinner. Gather at a communal table for a BBQ shared the Italian way – plates passed, glasses refilled, live music playing.

At midnight, panzerotti and artisanal gelato are served as shooting stars pass overhead.
