Evening - Enjoy an informal dinner in one of the most authentic "trattorias" in Fiesole with breathtaking views over Florence.

Morning - Breakfast followed by a private, behind-the-scene visit of Scuola del Cuoio, or Leather School, to witness the school’s craftsmen gild their leather creations. The morning finishes with a visit to the Church of Santa Croce, accessed through a secret passage.

Afternoon - Between September and December, join an excursion to the San Miniato woods to forage for the prized truffles that lie beneath the trees. You'll be rewarded with a delicious lunch of bruschetta and pasta dressed with fresh truffles. Visit in autumn, at the end of November, to witness the Truffle Festival.

Evening - Opera and classical performances celebrate the masters of music in the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino's winter season. Experience the emotional power of live music at Teatro del Maggio in the centre of Florence, close to the old city walls.

Morning - Yoga experience with a personal trainer and healthy breakfast at Irene Restaurant.
