The Carlton Bar finds its home in The Carlton Garden, a secluded green retreat tucked away in the heart of the Quadrilatero. Here, Milan's aperitivo ritual is reimagined beneath the open sky, where cocktails, conversation and long summer evenings flow seamlessly from day into night. Our Story

Maestro Salvatore Calabrese doesn't follow rules: he writes them, then breaks them masterfully. Each cocktail invites you to stay a little longer, blending precision with creativity: perfectly stirred martinis, revived liqueurs and global inspirations with a Milanese touch. To complete the experience, Fulvio Pierangelini’s dishes offer refined Italian ingredients, clean flavours and small plates designed to share.
