Our Story

Maestro Salvatore Calabrese doesn't follow rules: he writes them, then breaks them masterfully. Every cocktail is a work of art, an exquisite argument for staying another hour. A blend of technical mastery and creative rebellion. Martinis stirred to mathematical perfection, forgotten liqueurs resurrected, global inspirations filtered through a Milanese lens.
