Goose Lunch

The festive season in Germany wouldn’t be complete without traditional roast goose. On the 7th and 26th of December, Florio presents an Italian-inspired three-course menu honouring this classic dish. Enjoy scallops and marinated goose breast in a delicate Romesco sauce, roast goose with red cabbage, potato dumplings and chestnut cream, before ending with citrus crêpe and sorbet in a warm Sauce Suzette.

Warm up for the most wonderful time of the year with a choice of freshly prepared dishes featuring both local and international flavours, alongside treats from our patisserie.

Christmas Eve

’Twas the night before Christmas at Florio, where the table is set for a joyous celebration. Settle in for a five-course menu of Italian flavours inspired by the season — from creamy burrata with cime di rapa, candied lemon and black truffle, to delicate Umbrina fish with olive oil mashed potatoes, radicchio tardivo and pomegranate, finishing with a rich chocolate demi-soufflé.

Christmas Day

Spend Christmas Day surrounded by loved ones at our restaurant. Discover a festive five-course menu that captures the warmth and generosity of Italian cooking, with dishes including traditional cappelletti with Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar, tender Beef Wellington for secondi, and grilled panettone with nougat ice cream for a sweet finale.

New Year's Eve

Celebrate in style this New Year’s Eve with Florio’s sparkling five-course gala menu and optional Champagne pairings. Experience classic Italian dishes with a festive flourish, from Burrata Ravioli with Breton lobster and cime di rapa to Wagyu beef tenderloin with Jerusalem artichoke purée and Périgord truffle sauce. Raise a glass to 2026 before ending the evening on a sweet note.
