I like to put a spin on the classic Negroni by using Mezcal, the smoky undertones harmonise beautifully with the sweetness of the vermouth and the bitter notes of Campari. For guests who prefer something a little lighter, we offer a Negroni Sbagliato, where the gin is replaced with spumante.

The Linguine with zucchini is a typically Sicilian recipe – red shrimp tartare, with candied tomatoes and lemon. A bottle of Marina Cvetic Masciarelli Chardonnay is the perfect accompaniment to this dish. The citrus notes of the linguine are reflected in the nose alongside ripe apples and pears and a subtle hint of brioche.
