Made with whisky and vermouth, it reflects the spirit of the bar: whisky rewards patience, while vermouth brings warmth and depth. The Good Faith, one of our ten signature cocktails, is based on bourbon—one of my favourites—and shaped like a pipe, giving it a distinctive form inspired by René Magritte’s iconic accessory.
Through our creations, we present the full artistic palette of René Magritte. By linking each cocktail to his paintings, our aim is to express something familiar, something you can recognise and connect with.
MIRCO BARATTINI
The Stockholm-inspired cocktail stands out to me. Made with beetroot, it’s fresh, balanced, and easy to enjoy without trying too hard.
That same sense of balance runs through the entire experience, and it’s what places this bar among the best in Brussels.
