Evening - Italian "Aperitivo" in our Irene Bistro Terrace followed by the best culinary experience of iconic Italian and Tuscan dishes of Fulvio Pierangelini.
Morning - Breakfast followed by a Florence Bike Tour and Perfume Experience.
Afternoon - Tour through tiny medieval streets and sunny riverbanks and bridges combining Florence’s must-see sites including the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and Ponte Vecchio. Complete the tour with a visit to Florence’s oldest apothecary in Santa Maria Novella.
Evening - Drinks at sunset followed by dinner in one of the most beautiful historic Florentine palace.
Morning - Breakfast followed by a guided walk up into the hills of Florence to appreciate sweeping vistas over the city landmarks, rooftops and avenues.
Afternoon - Discover Chianti’s best wines. Visit the vineyards and learn about the craft with an introduction to wine growing and production. Discover the historical Abbey cellars, followed by lunch at Osteria di Passignano, a local restaurant with a menu accompanied by the prestigious Antinori signature wines. Enjoy an extra-virgin olive oil tasting with lunch.
Evening - Enjoy an informal dinner in one of the most authentic "trattorias" in Fiesole with breathtaking views over Florence.
Morning - Breakfast followed by a private, behind-the-scene visit of Scuola del Cuoio, or Leather School, to witness the school’s craftsmen gild their leather creations. The morning finishes with a visit to the Church of Santa Croce, accessed through a secret passage.
Afternoon - Between September and December, join an excursion to the San Miniato woods to forage for the prized truffles that lie beneath the trees. You'll be rewarded with a delicious lunch of bruschetta and pasta dressed with fresh truffles. Visit in autumn, at the end of November, to witness the Truffle Festival.
Evening - Opera and classical performances celebrate the masters of music in the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino's winter season. Experience the emotional power of live music at Teatro del Maggio in the centre of Florence, close to the old city walls.
Morning - Yoga experience with a personal trainer and healthy breakfast at Irene Restaurant.
