Join cheese artisan Giorgio on his farm to learn the ancient art of making fresh burrata – the creamy queen of Italian cheeses – and try your hand at knotting a mozzarella or two. You’ll also learn how Giorgio ages mozzarella to turn it into stringy scamorza, before being treated to a tasting of his selection.
