Returning to The Balmoral for this special one-night collaboration, Orry will join forces with the team to present a menu driven by a shared passion for seasonality, provenance, and refined technique.
Recently featured on Great British Menu 2026, Orry’s cooking is elegant, modern, and produce-led, rooted in exceptional Scottish ingredients and influenced by classical French technique with subtle Nordic touches. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated menu that offers a first glimpse of his forthcoming restaurant, Falls, alongside a selection of Number One signatures, creating a unique and memorable dining experience.
