Across a series of one-night-only events, our acclaimed chef team will welcome some of the UK’s most talented chefs to co-create bespoke menus.

Monday 2nd March

Will Lockwood, Head Chef, Roots York 

Will previously worked with Senior Sous Chef John Munro during his tenure as Head Chef at Black Swan. He is known for hyper-seasonal, farm-led cooking and Michelin-starred modern British menus. Expect a one-night-only collaborative menu driven by a shared passion for provenance and flavour. 

£155 per person.

Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Chef Patron-Director at Northcote and Culinary Director at The Beaumont Mayfair.

Lisa oversaw and worked with Head Chef Mathew during his tenure at Northcote. Lisa is a Michelin-starred leader in refined, regional cuisine from the Ribble Valley.

 

The Scottish Culinary Team

The team includes Number One Senior Sous Chef John Munro, alongside executive chefs from other renowned venues. They showcase some of Scotland’s finest culinary talent as they prepare for the upcoming Culinary World Cup
