Scottish Culinary Team
Headed by team captain David Millar, the official national competitive cooking squad representing Scotland joins us as they prepare for the 2026 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. They will showcase a selection of the dishes they plan to present at the event later this year.
The team features some of Scotland’s leading chefs, including Number One’s own John Munro. Guests will also enjoy the talents of David Millar, Executive Chef of Carlowrie Castle; David Lilley, Executive Chef of W Hotel; Ernesto Di Cunzolo, Head Chef of Cairn Lodge Hotel; Craig Coupar, Head Chef at Wild Thyme; Tony Fakhoury, Chef at Wild Thyme; and Andrew Clark, Head Chef of Entier.
Proceeds from the evening will go towards supporting The Scottish Culinary Team’s journey to Luxembourg.
