Bringing together two restaurants connected by a shared culinary heritage, the dinner will celebrate exceptional produce, seasonality and ingredient-led cooking. Working alongside the Number One team, Alice Power and John Munro will create a bespoke seven-course tasting menu that combines the distinctive approaches of both kitchens while showcasing the finest seasonal Scottish ingredients.
