THE CONCEPT

Zuma presents a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal dining, delivering eastern flavours while respecting the traditions of the past.

THE MENU

Authentic but not traditional, contemporary Japanese dishes include Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Sesame, Black Cod marinated in Miso, and Grilled Sea Bass with Chilli and Ginger, perfectly complemented by an innovative cocktail menu.
