Our Sicilian cooking class focuses on Verdura’s most popular dishes with the freshest local ingredients, featuring greens hand-picked from our vegetable garden and oranges and olives plucked from our trees. Verdura has an abundance of outdoor spaces for a private dinner – from a hidden spot for couples to the perfect setting for a family gathering. Enjoy the sea breeze at sunset, warmed by a fire on our beach. Admire the golden light over Verdura, framed by spectacular mountains beyond, from the roof of Amare.
