Day 1

Morning - As you arrive, appreciate the scenic 45-minute coastal drive to Masseria Torre Maizza.

Afternoon - Discover local master artisans and unleash your creative side. Try your hand at the ancient craft of ceramic modelling.

Evening - Welcome Dinner at Carosello Restaurant with the best culinary experience of iconic Italian and Apulian dishes of Fulvio Pierangelini.

Day 2

Morning - Pilates class followed by breakfast at Carosello Restaurant.

Afternoon - Unleash your competitive spirit during a group bike ride, pedalling to hilltop ‘white cities’ Cisternino and Ostuni. Allow plenty of time for picturesque pit stops for lunch, coffee, and gelato along the way.

Evening - After sunset, enjoy an unforgettable private dinner at Grotta Palazzese, an exclusive restaurant in a natural cave.

Day 3

Morning - Enjoy a yoga class under the olives trees followed by breakfast at Carosello Restaurant.

Afternoon - Excursion to discover the highlights of Valle d'Itria by vintage car, taking in its natural beauty. Enjoy lunch at Osteria del Tempo Perso for a typical Apulian dining experience.

Evening - Experience a unique-to-Puglia ancient healing ritual at the Night of the Tarantula at our elegant bar, Bougainvillea, followed by dinner and dancing.

Day 4

Morning - Breakfast at Carosello Restaurant followed by a walking tour of Dune Costiere, immersed in nature among the protected dunes and wetlands.

Afternoon - Discover the ancient fortress town of Alberobello and stroll through picturesque hamlets such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli Martina Franca, and the famous hilltop white village of Ostuni.

Evening - Traditional Apulian night at our Carosello Restaurant with a demonstration of mozzarella making and panzerotti cooking, a Puglian speciality, accompanied by ambient live music.

Day 5

Morning - Breakfast at Carosello Restaurant followed by a guided gastronomic bike tour.

Rates are 'from rates' and based on per person per day, inclusive of tax and a minimum of 10 guests; a change in rate may apply if guest numbers change after a quote is supplied; rates are subject to availability and black out dates do apply. The rates are valid from 1st October 2023 to 30th April 2024 and only applicable for bookings materialised by 30th April 2024. Rates are quoted in Great British Pound for the UK and Euro for Italy, Germany and Amigo. The Kick off meeting package and accommodation is a minimum two night stay.
