Day 2
Morning - Pilates class followed by breakfast at Carosello Restaurant.
Afternoon - Unleash your competitive spirit during a group bike ride, pedalling to hilltop ‘white cities’ Cisternino and Ostuni. Allow plenty of time for picturesque pit stops for lunch, coffee, and gelato along the way.

Day 3
Morning - Enjoy a yoga class under the olives trees followed by breakfast at Carosello Restaurant.
Afternoon - Excursion to discover the highlights of Valle d'Itria by vintage car, taking in its natural beauty. Enjoy lunch at Osteria del Tempo Perso for a typical Apulian dining experience.
Evening - Experience a unique-to-Puglia ancient healing ritual at the Night of the Tarantula at our elegant bar, Bougainvillea, followed by dinner and dancing.
Day 4
Morning - Breakfast at Carosello Restaurant followed by a walking tour of Dune Costiere, immersed in nature among the protected dunes and wetlands.
Afternoon - Discover the ancient fortress town of Alberobello and stroll through picturesque hamlets such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli Martina Franca, and the famous hilltop white village of Ostuni.
Evening - Traditional Apulian night at our Carosello Restaurant with a demonstration of mozzarella making and panzerotti cooking, a Puglian speciality, accompanied by ambient live music.
