The menu pairs a signature cocktail with a curated whisky flight, designed to showcase a different perspective on whisky.
This exclusive menu is the first in a series of partnerships with women in whisky taking place in SCOTCH.
Three-whisky flight is available for £100, and the signature pairing cocktail is £30 No booking necessary.

Created exclusively for SCOTCH at The Balmoral, this exceptionally rare whisky has been drawn from a single hand-selected refill bourbon cask.
Delicate yet beautifully complex, it reveals layered notes of rich floral honey, creamy vanilla, and fresh orchard fruits.
