Each Certificate is protected by a secure ID code. Certificates can only be redeemed once .A multi-night certificate cannot be redeemed at more than one Rocco Forte Hotel Certificates may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost, are non-transferable and non-refundable. Original Certificates must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies of the original Certificates will be accepted.
