Spring blossoms at Irene Restaurant. In occasion of Chef Fulvio Pierangelini's new spring menu, Hotel Savoy has partnered up with famous fashion brand Loretta Caponi to create a set of bespoke placemats and napkins. Each piece is hand crafted by master artisans and the delicate embroideries take inspiration from the seasonal ingredients used in Pierangelini's delectable creations.
Chef Fulvio Pierangelini has curated a menu that captures the essence of the freshest flavours of the season. "The colours of spring food are pale greens (broad beans, peas, asparagus), white (ricotta and naïve cheeses), strawberries and March truffles...". This is the inspiration given to Lucia Caponi (Loretta's daughter) and her son Diego to create their unique pieces that will dress and decorate Irene Restaurant during special occasions.
