THE RESTAURANT

Under the expert mastery of Fulvio Pierangelini, chefs have created delicious light bites and salads, sharing platters and authentic Italian dishes born from the bounty of the Apulian coast. From the freshest seafood and local produce bursting with flavour, to healthy smoothies and delectable ice creams, enjoy our all-day dining menu that is as sophisticated as it is comforting. 

For lunch and dinner, menu choices include signature Apulian and Italian dishes from the sea and the land, like our linguine with lemon and courgettes and laganari with sea urchin and almonds, curated by our creative kitchen team. Lunch is served under the cool shade of the pergola and includes appetizers with local burrata, pasta dishes like orecchiette with fresh tomatoes, tasty main courses and tempting desserts. When the sun goes down, the gastronomic tasting menu to share for dinner comes with an umbrella of stars. Dive in!
