7.30am - 8.15am: Pilates

A mat-based session focusing on breath, control, and alignment. Strengthen your core and improve posture with graceful, flowing movements.

Wednesday

6.00pm-7.00pm: Dance Fitness

A high-energy cardio workout set to music! Boost your endurance, coordination, and mood while dancing your way to fitness.

8.30am-9.30am: Yoga

Centre your mind and stretch your body with a mix of breath work, poses, and relaxation. All levels welcome to flow and unwind.

Saturday

8.30am - 9.30am: Outdoor Run Club

Take your training to the beautiful streets of Edinburgh. This 5k outdoor session mixes cardio, strength, and fresh air for a revitalising start to your Saturday.
