Our 15 x 8 metre indoor pool is Munich’s finest. Expect heated mosaic-stone lounge chairs and a decorative mosaic wall.
STEAM ROOM
Our steam room deeply relaxes and cleanses the skin with its colour therapy and aromatherapy. It helps relieve muscle soreness and joint stiffness, as well as enhance your immune system through lymphatic detoxification and blood circulation. The high concentration of steam makes it more difficult to breathe, which helps exercise the lungs.
FINNISH SAUNA
A visit in our Finnish sauna positively influences mind and body. It improves your immune system and blood circulation, as well as cleanses and rejuvenates the skin.
FOOT BATH
Our hot and cold foot baths help stabilise blood pressure and the autonomic nervous system.
