Check-in is available from 3pm, and check-out is at noon. Guests staying in our Deluxe room categories and above may request an extra bed for €110 per night (including VAT). For children up to 12 years old, a cot or extra bed is provided with our compliments.All rooms and suites are non-smoking; however, guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace of Florio Bar. Start the day with our generous buffet breakfast at Florio, or enjoy the convenience of in-room dining. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all rooms and public areas.

Our hotel is delighted to welcome you and your four-legged companions for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our partnership with Terra Canis means that your dog will be welcomed with a carefully selected range of meals and treats upon arrival.

Please note that a special cleaning fee applies following your stay. Dogs are welcome to accompany you at Florio Bar during lunchtimes and on our terrace; however, we are unable to allow them in the restaurant.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, The Charles Hotel is pleased to assist with visa applications. Our reservations team can provide a stamped and signed confirmation letter required for your documentation, offering peace of mind before you travel. Should you require further guidance, we are happy to advise throughout the process. Please note that the local currency in Germany is the Euro, and most international credit cards are widely accepted.

Our 800-square-metre spa offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of the city, featuring five treatment rooms, a beauty salon, a relaxation suite, and a 15 x 8 metre indoor pool. Guests can unwind on gently-warmed mosaic-stone loungers, or enjoy our Finnish sauna, steam room with colour and aroma therapy, wellness showers, and foot baths with a heated bench. We also offer a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments, alongside a state-of-the-art Technogym fitness centre. The spa is open daily from 7.30am to 8pm.

Conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Munich’s central station and approximately 35 minutes by car from Munich International Airport, The Charles Hotel is perfectly connected for both domestic and international travellers.
