BERLIN BUG COCKTAIL RECIPE BY LA BANCA BAR

Conceived by the La Banca Bar team at Hotel de Rome in Berlin, this cocktail is a lively, refreshing drink to brighten up spring evenings. All its ingredients are native to Berlin; however, you can substitute for what is available to you.

 

Berlin Bug

You will need:

4cl Brandstifter Gin
2cl Pijoekel (or herb-based liqueur like Jägermeister)
1/4 Lime
Henry Thomas Spicy Ginger Beer
Fresh mint to garnish

 

Method:

- Add crushed ice to a tall glass and pour in your measured spirits
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice
- Top up with ginger beer, garnish with the mint and serve
