Pranzo della Domenica remains a time-honoured tradition. At Bocconi, this weekly ritual brings a taste of home to Brussels, with dishes drawn from every corner of Italy, prepared before your eyes.
Begin with a Prosecco aperitif or refreshing detox juice, followed by a generous buffet of antipasti. Main courses might include salt-crusted salmon and tender roast beef, or our weekly acqua pazza fish dish, with seasonal accompaniments. To finish, a decadent selection of freshly baked cakes and pastries.
