Sarah started at the Balmoral Hotel in 2012 in our restaurant Number One as a waitress and soon fell in love with the luxuries of hospitality. She quickly moved to Chef de Rang, Senior Chef, Supervisor and then Assistant Manager in 2016. She held this position until her recent promotion in October to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
Her job? To assist Gary Quinn, our Food & Beverage Director, in supporting our outlets to deliver world class Scottish Hospitality.
I am so looking forward to being back in a department with Gary and driving food and beverage standards across the hotel. For me, dining out is an experience. It starts from the moment you choose your restaurant. It is our job to exceed our guests expectations with the help of Scotland’s larder to create a home for the Balmoral Hotel in our guests hearts.
