Earlier this year Rocco Forte Hotels decided to re-introduce our annual employee engagement survey and has partnered with a company called The Happiness Index.

The Happiness Index will help Rocco Forte Hotels gather feedback from our Team Members and turn it into insight-led action. The plan is to gather feedback from employees on a number of topics via an online platform, for the management team to analyse the information and provide an action plan that aims to make a positive difference.

Rocco Forte Hotels takes your feedback seriously and wants to give you an opportunity to make a difference. Through your feedback, management will learn what to stop, start or change and will continue to implement the changes you want to see. Your feedback is returned in real-time, providing management with immediate insights. This allows them to start devising and implementing improvements straight away.

Your Voice launched on 7th March 2022 and most of you should have received an invite to your work or personal email address.. If your hotel does not have an email address for you on file you will be issued a code that will allow you access to the Your Voice survey. All of your feedback is anonymous, meaning no one within your organisation can trace the source of a comment or score back to you.

Your management teams will do their best to bring about positive change based on your feedback so we hope you appreciate this new programme and engage with it constructively.
