Step aboard traditional shrimping vessel the Crangon at the Port of Ostend, looking the part in a waxed Petit Bateau yellow raincoat, and spend half a day learning otter trawling techniques from the Crangon’s captain and crew. It’s a unique opportunity to catch, clean and cook your haul onboard. Once back in Brussels, Hotel Amigo’s expert chefs will roll your freshly caught shrimp into crisp kroketten for you to sample.
