Stravinskij Bar – Hotel de Russie

Ingredients:

  • Tanqueray TEN or N.3 5 cl
  • Lime juice 3 cl
  • Homemade Orgeat Syrup 2 cl
  • Orange blossom water 1 drop
  • Egg white 2 cl

 

Preparation:

  • Pour all ingredients in a Boston Shaker filled with ice
  • Shake all ingredients vigorously
  • Pour into an old-fashioned glass with a single ice chunk inside
