Whether you’ve just picked up a club or are looking to hone your technique, master the basics of golf with PGA professionals in our rewarding Back to Front masterclasses. Held on our award-winning Kyle Phillips-designed courses, the site of two Sicilian Opens with the azure Mediterranean a stunning backdrop, there’s no finer place to polish your par.

While golf is played tee-to-green, it’s best learned green-to-tee. Acquiring skills close to the hole is a vital foundation of any golfer’s game. Starting at the green improves your proficiency without the pressure of mastering the coordination of a full swing distance shot. These practical tutorials emphasise simple, manageable techniques, no matter your level of skill or coordination, and are also great for physical and mental wellness.

Roughly 50% of golf is putting, the initial focus of our masterclass, and 70% of the game is played 100 yards and in. By starting with putting, then chipping and finally pitching, you’ll perfect the skills necessary to play our beautifully landscaped, nine-hole Executive course. Our masterclasses are suitable for all ages and genders, as understanding the handicap system – part of this course – enables even children to compete with the greats. Take the first step on your golf journey and we’ll arm you with all the confidence and assurance you need to take on competitors.
